Welcome to Saints Peter and Paul Orthodox Mission! We’re glad that you’ve found us and we cant wait to welcome you to worship with us. We are located in the parish hall of the Pilgrim Baptist Church in Mitchells, VA. As a mission parish we offer Divine Liturgy one Sunday per month and  one or more Saturday Divine Liturgies also. (Vespers is offered on Fridays at 6:30pm when there is a Satuday Divine Liturgy.) Every Wednesday evening of the month we offer Daily Vepsers with Cathechism and fellowship, potluck food and discussion about Orthodox Christianity. See calendar for details. It is our hope to grow and become established here in Culpeper Co. By your prayers, the prayers of our heavenly patrons, Ss. Peter & Paul, and through much hard work, may the Lord grant it to be so. We invite you to have a look at our monthly calendar (above) for our schedule of services. We are eager to welcome you to worship with us! Come grow with us!

Located in historic Culpeper, VA, we are a newly established community of Orthodox believers struggling to worship the King of the Universe in faith, love and humility. A mission parish in the Diocese of the South of the Orthodox Church in America, Ss. Peter & Paul is fast becoming the spiritual home of a growing, and diverse congregation. Our newborn and growing mission community provides us with life-giving fellowship and we hunger to engage the local community in evermore fruitful ways as we grow together.

We welcome you and your unique family to come and worship with us.

"The Orthodox Church is evangelical, but not Protestant. It's orthodox, but not Jewish. It’s catholic, but not Roman. It isn’t non-denominational – it’s pre-denominational. It is the Faith of the Apostles and it has been believed, taught, preserved, defended and died for since the day of Pentecost 2000 years ago."
